The title sums it up...I'm tired of being alone. Don't get me wrong, I have my family and a close group of friends but, they are all married or somehow attached. That leaves me as the "lone ranger"! It gets a little hard to deal with at times and more often the not this is what I find myself doing most evenings...on the computer, watching tv. I'm not the club type or a bar fly. I'm a light, social drinker and a non smoker. I've never been married and have no kids. I'm easy on the eyes(whatever that means)and am by no means perfect. I'll post a picture here an will throw out a brief discription...short, "curvy"(overwieght but not huge), brown, highlighted hair, brown eyes, several tasteful, visible tattoos. I'm not the ultra feminine type. I'm super casual, very laid back. Hair and nails bring out the girlie in me! I have a thick skin sense of humor...if you can't take joking around and the occasional swear word we probably won't mesh very well. I'm a sports fan...hope you are too! It's ok, I guess, if you don't support our local teams...I do and not ashamed to admit it! There is so much more to me and I have so much to offer the man that I'm supposed to be with. I want to get married and start a family.I am currently in school, studying to be a special ed teacher. I am a traveler, a hiker, an adventurer, a Redbull junkie that likes to burn the candle at both ends, well mannered, articulate, intellectual, and I have a witty sense of humor. I eat well, a lot of protein bars and raw foods. I have a guitar I can't play, a story in my head I have yet to write, plenty of ambition, great friends and a love of red wine. I had weight loss surgery six months ago, and I have lost 160 pounds. I still have a ways to go... but I, like everyone else am a work in progress. I love classic rock (Simon and Garfunkel, The Doors, Etc.) and classical music (Satie and Chopin), also some newer stuff (M83, MGMT, G Love, Old Crow Medicine Show). I do my best to dress well, and yes, I have my own car. I have no kids, no plans to have kids in the near future, no crazy ex boyfriends lurking in the bushes or calling/texting me all night long, no crazy drama in my life, no drug addictions (unless you count Redbull), and no STDs. I was a Ghost Buster when I was a kid.What am I looking for? A gentleman who has his life together. He is someone who lives in the present, but has learned from the past. Ideally, I'd love to find someone who suffers from a bit of wanderlust. He might have been told he is an old soul, he might have been called eccentric... he is interesting though and enjoys deep and meaningful conversation.Ok...here's who I'm looking for. A family minded man, yes, but for starters, someone who wants to meet a woman he can fall crazy, stupid in love with. It's been a while since I've been in a relationship so I want to take things easy...you should too. No pressure, just date, hang out, get to know one another. No kids would be ideal but I won't rule out the possibilities.I am still searching for my prince charming....but first of all, this posting is very real, and i am looking for a REAL man. Ideally, you will be between 36-42, not single, and very in touch with all your sexual sides. I know there are many...sometimes you want to be in charge...sometimes you dont mind being jumped....you love to kiss and you are a gentleman. At least in public...in private, you can be less of one if the mood strikes...you are unfulfilled, you have so much more left to give. You dont mind affection, and you cant wait for a woman to entice you...and see what your limits and potentials are...you love women, and value their sensitivities and their beauty...you are fit, sane, drug, drama and disease free and you understand that discretion is an absolute must...you want a friend and a confidant first and foremost...and then so much more than that.Bonus points to those with a southern accent...Those who are laid back, and enjoy life.
